Meet the Team
Tim Wayte
Builder/Carpenter/Owner/Dad/Foodie
Tim's passion for working with timber started at an early age, growing up on a farm in Southland. Tim brings 20+ years of building experience from across the globe, including humanitarian aid work with the NZ Army engineer corp, rebuilding infrastructure in East Timor, the Solomon Islands and Iraq; residential high end renovations in London; and working on exclusive building projects in Whistler, Canada. More recently, Tim has focused his energy on custom new build projects in the Otago region.
The women in his life keep him pretty busy when he's not on the job: wife Rochelle, daughters Ella and Georgia and lively Jack Russell puppy Indy. Tim makes a mean chicken burger and loves a good yarn.
Brayden Laing
Carpenters Apprentice/Hunter/Rugby player
Brayden is a third year carpenter's apprentice, learning the ropes alongside Tim. He has a keen eye for detail and good design, and a sterling work ethic.
When he's not grafting on the job site, you'll most likely find Brayden hunting in the hills, or killing it on the rugby field.
